PaymentConditions
Booking:
• The Administrator will contact you after you send us a form to confirm that the chosen room is available.
• You should specify your real contacts and full name otherwise the Administrator will not be able to fulfill the reservation
• You should make a prepayment not later than three days before checking in. The prepayment equal to one night fee.
• This prepayment is a guarantee of your checking in and is non-returnable at any case. Please, specify all booking information and make a prepayment only in case your plans will not change.
• Free cancellation is possible only before three days to your checking in. You can’t fulfill free cancellation after prepayment is made so we don’t recommend you to make it earlier than three days term.
• The Administrator will cancel your reservation in case the prepayment is not made in specified terms and the Administrator couldn’t contact you.
• You should inform the Administrator after making a prepayment because sometimes the prepayment information doesn’t consist the name of the payer.

Prepayment:

1. Transfer to a bank card Privatbank

2. In our hotel you can pay by credit card Visa, Maestro, MasterCard or cash.

3. Also , you can pay here by entering the amount needed to be paid.




1. You need to have an identity card for accommodation.
2. You should keep quiet 11p.m till 7a.m.
3. We recommend to keep valuables in a safe or personal locker in the lobby.
The administration is not acountable for valuables left in the room.
4. In case of hotel’s property belongings damage caused by guest, one have to compensate the damage at the rate established by the hotels administration.
5. The other guests shoudn’t be invited without administration’s notice from 8 p.m. till 10 p.m. The other guests must have an identifying document.
6.We recommend to use serving sign “Please, make up my room” in case the room should be cleaned up or use “Please don’t disterb”
7. We can refuse in accommodation:
- if you have no identifying document or it is expired.
- in case alcoholic or narcotic intoxication.
- in other cases if Ukrainian lows and common sense are broken by our guest.

Mind please, maintenance of our simple rules is the demonstration of respect to the hotel’s guests.
Please pay Your attention, if you have specify incorrect contact information in booking form, and a Manager is unable to contact You, the booking will be deemed invalid.
